Job Description
How does your working day look like …
Supervise and manage spa staff, including aestheticians, massage therapists, receptionists, and cleaning staff.
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times and efficient operation during slower periods.
Provide training for new and existing staff to maintain high service standards and keep them updated on the latest techniques and industry trends.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Oversee front desk operations, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, handling reservations, and addressing client inquiries.
Monitor and manage spa inventory, including skincare products, oils, and other consumables.
Plan and execute marketing strategies and promotional events to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Monitor and drive sales goals, encouraging upselling of services and products.
Ensure that all spa equipment is in good working order, coordinating repairs or replacements as necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Monitor and maintain high standards of service quality, providing feedback and guidance to staff as needed.
Ensure the spa complies with all local health and safety regulations.
Keep accurate records of spa services, financial transactions, and employee performance.
Generate regular reports on spa performance for upper management.
Handle customer complaints or staff conflicts in a professional and effective manner.
Make informed decisions on matters related to staff, services, and overall spa management.
Stay informed about industry trends, new treatments, and technologies, and implement changes to keep the spa competitive.
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your CV …
You have 3-5 years of experience in similar role of Head Spa therapist, knowledge of local market, experience in hospitality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and computer skills.
Previous experience in spa therapy would be recommended.
Knowledge of driving revenue and ensuring maximum efficiency of the booking channels.
