About The Role

The Assistant Spa Manager Therapist assists the Spa Manager and is responsible for ensuring that all departmental procedures are properly applied.

What You Will Do

• Manages the daily life of the department at both operational and administrative levels. He/she is directly involved in managing the departments budgets, both in terms of investments and costs.
• Works closely with his/her department manager, as well as with all hotel departments.
• Manage and supervise the spa team (Supervisors, Receptionists, Equipiers, Masseurs, Estheticians, Hairdressers, Fitness Coach and Freelancers) who may be under his/her responsibility in the absence of the Department Manager in order to offer customers a pleasant, efficient and professional service in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
• Communicate to the Spa Manager any situation that could lead the Spa to contravene Four Seasons philosophy and standards.

What We Are Looking For

You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.

First experience in a similar position in a high-end institute or spa is required.
