Responsibilities

  • Ensure guests receive high-quality service and resolve any service issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dining environment for both guests and staff.
  • Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability reports.
  • Implement policies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve service procedures.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
  • Manage inventory levels and order supplies to prevent disruptions in service.
  • Develop and execute promotional activities to drive business growth and engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety standards in the restaurant.
  • Lead by example, motivating staff to achieve individual and team objectives.
  • Address customer complaints appropriately and provide swift resolutions.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor or in a similar capacity.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
  • Strong leadership qualities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of restaurant operations and management principles.
  • Familiarity with cash register systems and restaurant management software.
  • Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
