  • Identify and capture cross-selling opportunities to maximize client wallet share.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, services, and related regulations.

  • Prepare and analyze client investment portfolios to optimize financial gain.
  • Monitor market trends and financial markets to inform clients about potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate with various departments to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Generate periodic reports on client activity and satisfaction for continuous improvement.
  • Assist in the development and execution of client relationship strategies.
  • Support the onboarding process for new clients to ensure a seamless experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in relationship management or client services is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Proven ability to handle client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  • Adept at analyzing financial data and understanding financial products.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify sales opportunities and achieve targets.
