Job Description

As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the relationship management team by ensuring the delivery of exceptional financial services to clients. This position requires a high level of client interaction and involves working closely with senior relationship managers to maintain and grow client relationships. You will assist in managing client portfolios, address client queries, and provide support in the implementation of tailored investment and financial solutions. Responsibilities

  • Assist senior relationship managers in managing and expanding client accounts effectively.

  • Handle day-to-day client inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Support in developing customized investment solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely execution of financial transactions.
  • Monitor client portfolios to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Conduct research and analysis on market trends to support investment strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all client interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance client service delivery.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing client documentation and contractual agreements.
  • Maintain an updated client database, ensuring all data is accurate and secure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years experience in a financial services or banking role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills to foster strong client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism in client interactions.
