Job Description

As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Relationship Manager in managing client portfolios and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll assist in developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring their financial needs are met with tailored services and solutions. Your keen analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and dedication to providing top-tier customer service will help you succeed in this fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will liaise with various departments to facilitate smooth operations and transactions, ensure compliance with banking regulations, and assist in the resolution of client queries effectively and efficiently.


Responsibilities

  • Assist the Relationship Manager in managing client accounts and portfolios effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Identify client financial needs and provide suitable product and service recommendations.
  • Prepare detailed financial reports and documentation for client meetings and reviews.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure transactions are processed smoothly and timely.
  • Monitor and ensure client satisfaction through regular feedback and communication.
  • Provide prompt assistance and response to client inquiries and issues resolution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and services to offer current advice.
  • Participate in the development of business strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Ensure compliance with banking policies, procedures, and governmental regulations.
  • Assist in preparing and presenting service enhancements and banking solutions to clients.
  • Support in risk assessment and management to safeguard client interests and assets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a client-facing or relationship management role is preferable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment is a must.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and experience with CRM software tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
