Job Description

As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by maintaining solid relationships with clients and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction. In this position, you will assist in managing a portfolio of clients, providing them with the necessary banking solutions to meet their financial needs. Responsibilities

  • Assist Relationship Managers in managing a diverse portfolio of clients effectively and efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client retention.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and communicate them to senior Relationship Managers.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth and timely execution of client requests.
  • Prepare detailed reports on client accounts and market conditions for strategic planning.
  • Monitor and track client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Support in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Analyze client feedback and communicate insights to improve service delivery.
  • Assist in the preparation of client presentations and proposals to support sales efforts.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Provide administrative support to senior Relationship Managers as required.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to provide clients with sound financial advice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within the financial services sector.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess and respond to client needs accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
