In this role, you will:

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join as a Product Assistant Manager in our FX & Global Money division, which forms one pillar of our Transactional Banking business.

Principal responsibilities

• Play a significant role in growing HSBC’s FX & Global Money business
• Develop data and customer centric growth strategies, in line with HSBCs broader transactional banking suite
• Deliver commercial growth with a focus on active FX & Global Money users, increased revenues and higher market share
• Work closely with other product, proposition & marketing teams on commercialization strategies - to ensure maximum awareness of HSBC’s FX & Global Money capabilities
• Drive and manage strategic propositional development and implementation to increase market competitiveness and enhance brand value
• Solicit market intelligence and keep close dialogue with key stakeholders and customers to understand their needs, preferences and new product trends
• Implement change through positive and proactive engagement with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure a robust risk & control environment for FX & Global Money
  
  

Requirements

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Knowledge / Experience

• Graduation degree is a must – to secure a UAE Visa and Work Permit
• 3 years of working experience in product management, FX is preferred, including E2E lifecycle management & commercialization
• Proven track record of commercial growth & innovation
• Customer obsessed
• Can-do attitude with role model behaviors
• Fluent in English
