Job Description

  • Maintain high quality job standards and professional image relationship with suppliers/contractors and staffs
  • Effective and efficient retrieval of all data pertaining to operational activities
  • Operates within established level of operational responsibility and authority
  • Forecasts, plans and executes all resource requirement.
  • Efficient with all the system reports required for planning like linen/Fleet/temporary staff/Operational equipment and any other resources as and when required
  • Full understanding of event information to be able to prepare requisitions
  • Knowledgeable about CAPEX/OPEQ/ OTL/trouble reports/work orders/ allocation of staff/staff meal/staff uniform, staff other welfare needs/buffet tag
  • To continuously implement cost control measures and strategies in Resource requirements
  • To be well versed with PR,PO generations in line with valid contracts
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with products and services
  • Ensures inter departmental coordination for effective utilization of resources
  • Ensure complaints are dealt promptly and efficiently
  • Gather suggestion and feedbacks from the Vendor and internal clients in order to improve service standards
  • line with new implemented systems, maintain the track of all the tasks assigned and utilization reports
  • To reconcile time sheets, system generated reports for suppliers invoicing
  • To ensure deliverables are in line with approved standards and directives by management
  • Follow the DWTC Policies & Procedures
  • Perform duties in line with the Quality standards, and applicable Legislation and Audit perspective
  • Maintain administrative workflow as per the approved methods/process
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality and honesty
  • To support the achievement of budgeted financial and operating cost set by Management
  • Process and Report all financial transactions
  • To protect all DWTC assets during event within or outside DWTC
  • Reports all incidents/ accidents in accordance with established DWTC – Varp procedures
  • Other duties maybe assigned to meet the operations demands or at the discretion of the management. Detailed job description will be discussed with the post holder in periodic performance evaluations
  • Diploma/Degree or a minimum of 1 years’ experience in the similar filed
  • Special Qualification : Fluent in English, Arabic Speaking is a plus
  • 1year experience in similar field.
  • Experience In planning and executing large scale events.
  • Experience in supervisory roles
  • Financial understanding of profit and loss statements
  • Cost and Planning Management
  • Demonstrated leadership with ability to manage resource requirements and strong customer orientation
  • Time management including multi-tasking, and productivity
  • Excellent interpersonal and highly effective communication skills
  • Excellent team building skills and demonstrate teamwork and the ability to enhance team members performance
  • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Supervising Operations
  • Knowledge in Complaint Handling
