We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities

• Assist registered nurses with direct patient care activities and procedures.
• Support patients with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and report any changes.
• Prepare and assist with the distribution of patient meals and feeding.
• Ensure that patient rooms and medical equipment are maintained in good condition.
• Transport patients safely to various locations within the healthcare facility.
• Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families.
• Assist in the admission, discharge, and transfer process of patients.
• Document patient information accurately in medical records and databases.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to enhance patient care quality.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of basic nursing principles and patient care practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing stress effectively.
