Job Description

The Assistant Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the marketing department and executing various marketing strategies to promote and enhance the brand. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this position involves coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and understanding consumer behaviors. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong communication skills, creativity, and a strategic mindset to effectively contribute to project plans and align with company objectives. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, ultimately aiding in the company's overall growth and success.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate and organize promotional events.
  • Support the creation and implementation of advertising, email, and social media campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of the marketing budget.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for various marketing activities.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with key media and industry partners.
  • Ensure marketing materials align with the brand guidelines and positioning.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and present findings to management.
  • Support the digital marketing team in optimizing content for the web and social media platforms.
  • Stay updated on latest marketing trends and technologies to implement in strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role or similar position.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is highly desirable.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
