Job Description

To control and monitor Nostro accounts and to ensure proper accounting of treasury transactions and prepare MIS for the stake holders.
Monitoring and checking the currency position of the branches to advise covering the exchange position.
Control of FX / MM limits to ensure the dealers are not exceeding the limits.
Checking exchange and deposit rates so as to ensure that correct rates are provided to the customers.
Matching all Forex bank deals with customer deals to avoid any exchange position.
Monitoring limits and accounting of Precious Metal transactions in order to ensure that all entries are recorded in the book of accounts correctly and within the approved limit.
Monitoring of daily FX Tolerance Report (NFX) in order to prevent occurrences of wrong Exchange rates applied and Loss to the Bank.
Monitoring daily exchange profit / loss which helps in pointing out any mistakes as regards to wrong rates.
Monthly Reconciliation of all Treasury related GLs and Sundries accounts.
Review / reconciliation of Mashreq Securities EOD reports.
Graduate from a reputed university.
In depth knowledge of Treasury products.
3 – 5 years of experience in a similar field with a medium sized bank having large Treasury Operations.
Excellent command over MS Excel
Good command over spoken and written English.
Analytical ability and communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
