The ENBD Group Business Strategic Sourcing Unit sits within the Group Procurement Division. Group Procurement is responsible for the sourcing of all goods and services needed for the Group’s operations. The goal of the Group’s sourcing activities is to acquire the right goods and services for the intended purpose, at the right time, quality and cost. This process aims to balance the Group’s overall needs for economy, efficiency, value for money, suitability, competition, transparency, accountability, and environmental and social sustainability, while ensuring risks are properly

The Sourcing Assistant Manager - Technology is responsible for executing strategic sourcing initiatives for Technology products and services to drive cost efficiencies, supplier performance, and category management excellence across Group Locations. This role focuses on managing vendor relationships, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring compliance with sourcing policies and regulations.

On a day-day you will be responsible for:

  • Lead the vendor selection and negotiation process (Technology)
  • Ensure strategies are implemented and reductions secured according to implementation plans.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor business unit satisfaction.
  • Drive Best Practices Across All Company Groups/Segments/Subsidiaries.
  • Uphold Internal And External Policies, Regulations And Laws
  • Work with the Vendor Performance Management team to monitor existing supplier performance and provide regular reports on the overall performance of supplier portfolio.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Track record in a sourcing organization - 3 to 5 years of Strategic sourcing experience
  • Technology sourcing experience. Interest / Appetite for technology (IT, Telecom,..)
  • Technical skills: problem-solving and analytical skills, negotiations skills, clear understanding of S2C cycle and drivers of costs savings / efficiency in sourcing. Proficiency in the key tools (Excel, PowerPoint,..), and experience on e-sourcing tools is desirable.
  • Project management, negotiating skills, organized and detail-oriented, quick learner. Comfortable working with numbers.
