About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition to support the delivery of strategic recruitment initiatives across Dubai Holding Entertainment. This role offers the opportunity to shape talent pipelines, enhance the candidate experience, champion Emiratisation initiatives, and contribute to building a high-performing workforce that supports the continued success of our business.

In this position, you will:

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities for key and strategic positions across the organisation.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs, with a particular focus on leadership and specialist roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR teams to deliver effective workforce planning, candidate assessment, and selection processes.
• Coordinate candidate engagement activities, interviews, assessments, and recruitment logistics to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and consultants to secure high-quality talent and strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Guide stakeholders on role requirements, competencies, and recruitment best practices to support successful hiring outcomes.
• Support the implementation of Emiratisation initiatives and help identify innovative sourcing channels to attract UAE National talent.
• Analyse recruitment metrics and provide insights to enhance hiring effectiveness, diversity, inclusion, and overall talent attraction strategies.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and events in partnership with internal stakeholders.
• Promote internal mobility by identifying and tracking internal talent for suitable opportunities across the business.
• Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with relevant legislation, company policies, and approved workforce plans.
• Support the development of recruitment reports, dashboards, and process improvements that drive data-informed decision-making and continuous enhancement.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will be a proactive talent acquisition professional who combines strong stakeholder management skills with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

You will bring:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Professional HR qualifications such as CIPD or SHRM, which would be advantageous.
• Relevant recruitment and talent acquisition experience gained within a fast-paced organisation.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour legislation and recruitment best practices.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to attract and select top talent.
• Demonstrated ability to build talent pipelines and deliver proactive sourcing strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and produce meaningful insights and reports.
• Experience supporting employer branding, engagement initiatives, recruitment events, or talent attraction campaigns.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong organisational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience working with HR systems and ERP platforms, with exposure to Oracle considered an advantage.
• Professional fluency in English. Arabic language capability would be highly advantageous.
• A collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach, underpinned by integrity, confidentiality, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
