Job Description

As an Assistant Manager in Strategy & Transactions, you'll play a vital role in supporting the strategic direction and business development initiatives of our organization. You will work closely with senior management to evaluate potential opportunities, develop strategic plans, and execute transactions. Your analytical skills and strategic thinking will be crucial in assessing market trends, financial data, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and value creation. Additionally, you will manage cross-functional teams to ensure that objectives are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic analysis and transaction management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills to drive successful outcomes in a dynamic business environment.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives and market trends.
  • Support senior management in evaluating potential business development opportunities and transactions.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify growth prospects and competitive dynamics.
  • Perform financial analyses to assess the viability and potential returns of strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic projects and transaction processes.
  • Create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders on strategic plans and transaction outcomes.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful transaction executions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry contacts to facilitate opportunities.
  • Monitor industry and market developments to stay informed of emerging opportunities and challenges.
  • Assist in the negotiation and structuring of deals to align with strategic goals and financial targets.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members to foster their development.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal guidelines in transaction management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in strategic planning or transaction roles.
  • Proven analytical skills with a strong understanding of financial data analysis.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities with a focus on team collaborative efforts.
  • Experience in managing complex projects and transactions from inception to completion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for analysis and presentations.
