About The Role

As Assistant Manager in Stewarding you will be responsible to oversee and direct all aspects of the Stewarding operation including the supervision and direction to stewarding personnel and control, on an on-going basis i.e. quality levels of product and service, guest satisfaction, operating costs, sanitizing, cleanliness and hygiene.

About You

Under the guidance supervision of the Stewarding Manager, and within the limits of established Atlantis, The Royal policies, procedures and the Food and Beverage Manual, responsible overseeing and directs all aspects of the Stewarding operation. Provides supervision and direction to stewarding personnel. Coordinates functions and activities with another department as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of working in an international luxury hotel.

• HSSC (10+2) or Graduate in related field
• Great attention to detail, problem solving skills and a team player.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office is an asset.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• A solid understanding of business acumen and demonstrate effective communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to manage large, multicultural teams.
