Job Overview:

To support the development and execution of security risk management frameworks, policies, and compliance programs. The role is responsible for identifying and evaluating physical security risks, conducting site and compliance assessments, maintaining registers, and supporting business continuity and crisis preparedness. It contributes to strengthening governance, risk mitigation, and operational resilience across Emirates NBD and its international entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of the compliance and risk management strategy to ensure security processes align with regulations, standards, and internal frameworks.
  • Enforce governance, risk, and compliance frameworks across the organization to ensure consistent application and accountability.
  • Perform physical security risk assessments and Crime Prevention Through Environment Design (CPTED) analysis across sites to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation measures.
  • Maintain and regularly update the risk register, ensuring documentation of controls, regulatory requirements, and corrective actions.
  • Conduct gap analyses to identify risks across Group facilities; track and report implementation of corrective actions.
  • Define, review, and implement secure zone classifications and access control standards across all facilities to ensure alignment with physical security requirements, regulatory mandates, and operational needs.

Skills And Experience

  • College undergraduate in Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in security systems or project management are preferred.Knowledge of performance metrics in security preferred.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in physical security, risk management, or compliance within corporate organization, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Strong experience in security audits, risk assessment, and mitigation planning.
  • Strong understanding of security governance, risk frameworks, and compliance processes.
  • Familiarity with ISO, local regulatory standards, and international security requirements.
  • Excellent report writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret and apply regulations and internal standards effectively.
