About The Role

The Assistant Manager, Public Relations (GCC and MENA) is a vital part of the department in driving the brand’s overall awareness through public relations initiatives, whilst working to protect and enhance the reputation of Atlantis Dubai.

By working closely with the Manager, Public Relations (GCC and MENA), the Assistant Manager, Public Relations (GCC and MENA) will generate qualitative visibility for the destination across leading GCC and MENA markets including but not limited to the UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Lebanon, Egypt, Jordan and Turkey. The role will require supporting the Manager on strategic PR support across both Atlantis the Palm and Atlantis the Royal, including all facets of the destination including the rooms, wellness, marine and waterpark and food and beverage outlets (Arianas Persian Kitchen, Carbone and Asateer Tent).

You will be responsible for helping build and protect Atlantis Dubai’s reputation as the leading experiential destination resort with partners and consumers across the GCC and MENA and be responsible for assisting the strategic direction and implementation of PR campaigns, including the tactical use and engagement of traditional media, broadcast, influencers, celebrities, content creators and partners.

About You

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic, both written and spoken, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. They should be adept at managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, with a strong awareness of trends and developments across the competitive travel, luxury, food & beverage, and hospitality sectors.

A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role is preferred, along with a background in public relations, communications, and/or marketing. A Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field is required. A genuine passion for the travel and hospitality industry is essential. You will have excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills, and presentation, as well as being proactive, flexible, organised and hardworking. You will also uphold keen understanding of Atlantis Dubai’s image, values, and goals.
