Job Description

Assist in planning and executing retail store opening, renovation, relocation, and refurbishment projects.
Coordinate with Design, Projects, VM, Operations, Procurement, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
Support project timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables from initiation through completion.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and external vendors.
Track project progress and highlight delays, risks, and dependencies to the Project Manager.
Assist in reviewing BOQs, quotations, drawings, layouts, and project-related documentation.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure work is aligned with approved plans and brand standards.
Coordinate store handover activities and ensure all pending works are closed before opening.
Maintain project trackers, status reports, meeting minutes, and documentation.
Follow up on procurement, material deliveries, approvals, and installation schedules.
Support snagging and ensure timely closure of issues identified during project execution.
Ensure projects comply with company policies, health & safety requirements, and relevant local regulations.
Support multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and quality standards.
Provide regular project updates and reports to management.
