On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Manager Operations to join the resort’s Private Access team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Support and help execute the full lifecycle of the premium non-gaming guest journey from pre-arrival planning through departure and follow-up.
• Coordinate VIP events, arrival, movement, and itineraries requiring multi-department collaboration.
• Assist in verifying readiness of villas, suites, amenities, gifts and bespoke arrangements.
• Support service recovery efforts and escalate operational matters as appropriate.
• Maintain a visible presence across Private Access areas, engaging guests and colleagues to anticipate needs and enhance service flow.
• Ensure all service delivery reflets brand standards, Forbes expectations, and principle of anticipatory luxury.
• Maintain accuracy of guest preferences, profiles and operational information within systems.
• Support manpower deployment, productivity, and adherence to presentation standards.
• Always uphold strict confidentiality and protection of guest identity.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with supervisory exposure preferred.
• Experience in VIP, Butler Operations, Front Office, Guest relations or similar premium environments.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with discretion and sound judgement in high-profile guest situations.
• Strong interpersonal presence and emotional intelligence when engaging distinguished guests.
• Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays.
