We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Manager – Marketing to join our team and support the development and execution of marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, brand management, market research, and campaign execution. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and a data-driven approach to optimize marketing efforts and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
Develop and manage content for digital platforms, social media, and websites.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to develop marketing materials and promotional content.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tracking tools.
Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and reporting of marketing activities.
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and media partners for advertising and branding initiatives.
Support lead generation efforts through SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising.
Organize and manage events, product launches, and promotional activities.
Stay updated on industry trends, new marketing technologies, and best practices to optimize marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a digital-first environment.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content strategy.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.).
Experience in social media marketing and paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
