Job Description

As an Assistant Manager in Marketing, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives. You will assist the marketing manager in managing daily activities, coordinating promotional projects, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns. Your ability to analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive activities will be essential in driving innovative marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the capability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Your contributions will directly support the overall marketing efforts, helping to boost brand awareness and increase market share.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Support the marketing team in organizing and hosting promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and new marketing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Manage social media channels and analyze engagement to improve content strategy.
  • Maintain and update databases with relevant market information and metrics.
  • Coordinate content production including copywriting, visual material, and newsletters.
  • Help plan and manage marketing events, both online and offline, as needed.
  • Track and report performance metrics from digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Support budget management by monitoring expenditures and coordinating financial records.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Stay updated with the latest market trends and competitors' activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a marketing or related role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software like CRM tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
