Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and consistent marketing strategies.

  • Manage the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email, and social media platforms.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing budgets and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Supervise the marketing team to provide guidance and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and present reports on marketing performance to senior management.
  • Organize and oversee marketing events to increase brand credibility and market engagement.
  • Ensure all marketing content aligns with brand messaging and strategic goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to remain competitive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in a managerial or supervisory position.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media and SEO.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines under pressure.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to effectively address challenges.
  • Leadership skills with an ability to motivate and inspire team members.
