The Assistant Manager - Marketing plays a critical role in driving the marketing strategies and initiatives for our company. As an Assistant Manager, you will work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects. Your primary responsibilities will include managing marketing operations, analyzing market trends, and helping to deliver a consistent brand message across all channels. Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Manager in budgeting and resource allocation for marketing projects.

  • Lead and mentor junior marketing staff, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
  • Plan and execute promotional events to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing data analysis tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with teams.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
