About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Manager – Linen & Laundry to join the resort’s Linen & Laundry team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Assist in managing financial resources and monitoring budget adherence.
• Support the compilation of budgets and implementation of corrective actions as needed.
• Tracks performance against financial and operational targets and recommend improvements.
• Contribute to pricing strategies for laundry services in line with market standards.
• Help analyse equipment usage, staffing, and production processes for efficiency.
• Monitor production targets per area/machine and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain and update SOPs and operational policies in coordination with the Manager.
• Oversee laundry systems to ensure timely and secure delivery of items.
• Supervise daily staffing levels and task assignments to meet service goals.
• Ensure accurate documentation and processing of guest laundry and pressing requests.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager – Linen and Laundry.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in Laundry, Housekeeping, or related services, with a focus on quality control and workflow efficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and laundry management systems for scheduling and reporting.
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems and basic equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of textile care, fabric types, and garment handling procedures.
• Strong team coordination and leadership skills in a multicultural environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-departmental collaboration.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of budgeting, inventory control, and cost analysis.
