About the Job

• Support the design and delivery of Learning & Development programs that enhance employee capability and performance

• Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and recommend targeted learning solutions across business units

• Deliver engaging training sessions using blended learning methods including classroom, coaching, and eLearning

• Coordinate training logistics, schedules, and communication to ensure effective execution of learning initiatives

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and recommend continuous improvements

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business objectives and operational needs

• Manage Learning Management System (LMS) activities and generate accurate reports on training outcomes

• Support performance management and Emiratisation initiatives through structured learning and development programs

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Certified Trainer from a recognized accredited body
• Experience in Learning & Development or delivering structured training programs
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
• Ability to design and deliver engaging training content
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with learning management systems
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills

• Professional certifications such as CIPD or PMP

• Experience supporting performance management or capability-building initiatives

• Knowledge of training design, delivery, and evaluation methodologies

• International or multinational organization experience

• Arabic language skills

• Coaching or facilitation experience
