About the Job:

• Working on geospatial data management to Develop, manage, and optimize geospatial databases. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security while implementing data models and schema. 
• Design, develop, and deploy GIS applications and tools. Create custom maps, data visualization, and spatial analysis solutions tailored to user needs. 
• Integrate with the other enterprise systems to ensure a seamless data flow. 
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for GIS-related issues. Assist users with problem-solving and optimizing GIS tools and applications. 
• Monitor and optimize the performance of GIS applications and databases. 
• Develop training materials and documentation for GIS users. Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve user proficiency and understanding of GIS tools. 
• Manage GIS projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with stakeholders, define project requirements, set timelines, and deliver solutions within scope and budget. 
• Conduct advanced spatial analyses to support decision-making processes. Develop models and algorithms to extract meaningful insights from geospatial data. 
• Work closely with other departments, stakeholders, and external partners to understand their geospatial needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. 

About You:

• 5–8 years of experience in the IT and GIS industry.
• Strong experience in GIS development using ESRI products and technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Geodatabase administration and management.
• Solid business analysis skills with the ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Project management experience, including planning, coordination, and delivery.
• Experience in backend development using .NET, Java, and/or Python.
• Experience in frontend development using modern web technologies and frameworks.
• Strong experience in API design, development, and integration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
