Position Summary

The Hygienist is responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving hygiene, sanitation, environmental monitoring, and pest management programs to ensure food safety, regulatory compliance, and the production of safe, high-quality products.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Lead and maintain factory hygiene, cleaning, and sanitation programs to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Manage environmental monitoring, microbiological verification, and hygiene inspections to identify and mitigate contamination risks.
• Oversee pest management activities and drive corrective actions to maintain a hygienic manufacturing environment.
• Ensure effective implementation of hygienic zoning, personnel practices, and contamination prevention controls.
• Conduct hygiene audits, trend analyses, and root cause investigations, and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Support compliance with FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, Halal, and regulatory requirements, ensuring audit readiness at all times.
• Deliver training and coaching to employees and contractors on hygiene, sanitation, and food safety practices.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen food safety culture and operational excellence.
  
  

• Bachelor Degree in Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology ,etc.…
• Must Have experience in UAE, And know the food safety standards and regulations in Dubai.
• From 3 to 5 Years of experience in Food Manufacturing/ Hospitality.
• Must be proficient in both written and spoken English.
