About The Job:

An opportunity has arisen for Assistant Manager to join Housekeeping at Jumeirah Living World Trade Centre. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Provide constant monitoring of the service standards and cleaning standards of the Housekeeping Colleagues.
• Supervising the colleagues within the department ensures that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained.
• To handle guest complaints in accordance with the hotel policy, reporting all complaints to the Resident Facility Manager.
• Provide constant monitoring of the service standards and cleaning standards of the Housekeeping Colleagues.
• To conduct inspections of corridors, service areas, pantries, staircases and Public Area toilets to ensure proper cleaning.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. 
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role, preferably at Senior Team Leader level or equivalent. 
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, ability to collaborate effectively with others, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous learning. 
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate and execute tasks efficiently.
• Good business acumen and understanding of operational and organizational objectives.
