Assistant Manager FPandA

The Role

The global consulting firm is hiring an Assistant Manager in Finance, based in Dubai. The position sits within the FP&A function and requires a Chartered Accountant with 3–4 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze past versus current financial performance to identify trends, variances, and root causes.
• Build and maintain forward-looking financial models to support strategic planning and executive decision-making.
• Distill complex financial data and organizational structures into clear presentations for executive leadership.
• Drive finance transformation projects and identify cost-saving initiatives across the business.
• Act as a liaison between onshore teams and global business partners to ensure alignment on business needs.
• Work cross-functionally to integrate financial strategy into day-to-day business operations.
• Mentor and manage junior analysts to maintain accuracy and team productivity.
• Maintain oversight of monthly and quarterly financial results to ensure accuracy.
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification required.
• 3–4 years of core FP&A experience.
• Strong foundation in accounting principles and reporting standards.
• Proven team management and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Spreadsheets, financial reporting software, and presentation tools.
