Financial The Assistant Manager – Financial Reporting is responsible for the following activities:

• Preparation of the statutory annual and quarterly financial statements for standalone and
  
  

consolidated entities

• Liaising with external auditors during the quarterly and annual audits for the specific
  
  

reporting requirements of the above entities.

• Support the financial reporting team on efforts related to group consolidation and financial
  
  

reporting for over 40 cross border subsidiaries.

• Preparation of the Group Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss for monthly and quarterly
  
  

stakeholder reporting.

• Manage UAE and KSA central bank reporting requirements and timely coordination with
  
  

the compliance team for submission.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant – CA / CPA or equivalent
• 5+ years’ prior relevant experience
• Holding a similar role within a Fintech, Bank / Financial services or FMCG organization
• but with regional experience
• Big 4 background is a plus
