The Assistant Manager– FemTech Hub supports the delivery of programmes under the FemTech Hub at the Women’s Pavilion, Expo City Dubai.
Working under the direction of the Head of Women’s Pavilion and in close coordination with the Programme Operations Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the execution of programmes and stakeholder engagement. The role focuses on ensuring that programme elements are delivered to a high standard, with strong coordination across speakers, partners, and internal teams.
This is a delivery-focused role, translating programme plans into well-coordinated outputs, while contributing to the overall quality and consistency of the FemTech Hub experience and output.
The main responsibilities for this role include:
Programme Delivery & Coordination
Support the execution of FemTech Hub initiatives, including:
Stakeholder Management
Internal Coordination
Reporting & Tracking
Knowledge, Qualifications and skills required
4+ years of experience in programme coordination, events, or stakeholder engagement as well as:
