The Assistant Manager - Direct Clients is responsible for supporting the Direct Client Relations Manager in maximizing the business opportunities within existing and new client portfolios. The incumbent is responsible to assist the Direct Client Relations Manager in managing the team by ensuring the quality, productivity and service level targets of staff members are met according to company measures.
This role has an overall responsibility to provide excellent customer service, meet direct client needs and ensure highest satisfaction levels.
What you do:
Maintains client relationship and assumes responsibility, identifies, negotiates and assist in managing relationships with direct clients whose objectives, product & service offerings complements to NEXtCARE’s short and long term vision.
Assist in setting-up and launches of new corporate payer clients, develops a deep understanding of their products and long-term business strategies.
Proactively assist the Direct Client Relations Manager in identifying, locating and qualifying new business leads.
Supports in establishing and maintaining industry contacts leading to specific business opportunities.
Assist in consulting the clients to identify and define client business needs, determine solutions, and develop action plans for client review and acceptance
Analyzes information necessary to produce solutions that satisfy client requirements, documents and presents finding to client and gain client acceptance of deliverables.
Supports the Direct Client Relations Manager in developing and deploying a training program for clients and conducting regular meetings and tackling issues as they arise.
Maintains an up to date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that affect target markets.
Conducts surveys of members and clients, generates statistics related to quality improvements and customer satisfaction.
Stays current and knowledgeable on all products, service offerings and trends within the industry.
Supports in monitoring quality of direct clients card production outputs and provides necessary strategy for solutions to minimize waste and re-work.
Ensures that client deploy the solutions acquired by working with team members on deployment plans and coordinating with clients.
Effectively interacts with other departments including the account management.
Ensures NEXtCARE'S remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients.
As required, assist in recruiting, training and supervising staff.
What You Bring
Bachelor degree; Medical background preferred.
3+ years management experience within the Health Care Industry (TPAs, Insurance companies, Hospitals, Medical Centers).
Experience in Business-to- Business sales and underwriting within the healthcare sector.
Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all business opportunities to NEXtCARE are captured and explored.
Strong negotiation, communication, time management and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze data and suggest techniques and requirements
Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
Ability to prioritize own work and attend to multiple assignments.
Professional demeanor: capable of responding diplomatically to pressures and problems showing a calm approach to working towards deadlines and always able to show an innovative and creative approach to work.
Physically fit to carry out duties.
Individual role though needs to co-ordinate with the team and support at time of requirements
Strong listening, written and verbal communication skills
Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
