- Supervise and coordinate inbound and outbound operations.
- Ensure timely order fulfilment for retail stores and online orders.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
- Assist in managing daily shift planning, labour allocation, and task assignments.
- Ensure team compliance with SOPs and productivity targets.
- Analyse operational KPIs
- Operate and oversee usage of WMS
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance speed and reduce error rates.
- Coordinate with transport/logistics teams for on-time dispatches and delivery tracking.
- Liaise with store teams, vendors, and customer care to resolve order-related issues.
- Support stock transfers between DCs or store locations as per requirements.
