Contracts Administration

Location- Dubai

Job Responsibilities:

Strong knowledge of contract administration, procurement processes, contract lifecycle management, and commercial controls.
Ability to review, manage, and maintain contract documentation, correspondence, records, and contractual deliverables.
Understanding of construction contracts, procurement strategies, tender processes, and supplier management.
Strong coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with Contracts, Procurement, Project Management, Engineering teams, and external stakeholders.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contract and procurement activities across all data center projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify contractual risks and support timely resolution.
Effective negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to interpret contractual terms, commercial requirements, and project procedures to ensure compliance.

Experience: 10 to 12 Yrs with BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering/ QS
