Job Description

As an Assistant Manager in Brand Marketing, you will play a critical role in driving the brand's marketing strategies and initiatives to strengthen its market presence. You will work closely with senior marketing leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead projects that boost brand awareness and customer engagement. This position requires a creative and strategic thinker who can translate brand objectives into innovative marketing plans. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing brand campaigns, analyzing market trends, and focusing on brand building to ensure alignment with business goals. Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of brand marketing strategies to improve market reach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop seasonal and annual marketing plans.
  • Manage the production of marketing materials, including campaign content and promotional collateral.
  • Oversee brand communications to ensure alignment with brand objectives and voice.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns effectively.
  • Analyze and report on marketing campaign performance to optimize future efforts.
  • Track competitor activities and assess consumer trends to inform strategic decisions.

  • Provide ongoing support to the marketing department and assist in budget management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in brand marketing or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of marketing principles and brand management.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills are essential for this role.
  • Proven experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
