Join our dynamic team at Dominos Pizza in Greenville, United States, as an Assistant Manager! Were looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to help lead our store operations and drive success.

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of shifts
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Manage and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
  • Answer phone calls and process customer orders efficiently
  • Participate in store cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Assist in training and developing new team members
  • Support the store manager in implementing company policies and procedures
  • Lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds as needed

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic math and cash handling
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume setting
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering great customer experiences
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
