Job Responsibilities

• Recruit for Operations & Tech positions and support hiring processes.
• Develop HR policies and lead organizational strategy execution.
• Train managers on performance management and employee development.
• Handle employee relations, compensation, and organizational development.
• Contribute to HR programs (recruitment, retention, L&D, benefits).
• Educate on HR practices and support culture-building initiatives.
  
  

• 3–5 years of experience as HR Business Partner.
• Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employee relations.
• Experience in change management and organizational effectiveness.
• Prior experience in a Chinese company is a plus.
