About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Assistant Electro-Mechanical Manager - Performance Lake join the resort’s Performance Lake team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Lead the maintenance and repair of electromechanical systems used in live performances.
• Coordinate with show production teams to ensure technical readiness and support during events.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to electrical and mechanical components.
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational protocols.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance
• Diploma or degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance, preferably in a performance or entertainment setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and control systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex technical equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by show schedules.
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Electromechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance, preferably in a performance or entertainment setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and control systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex technical equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by show schedules.
