Position Overview

We are hiring an Assistant Buyer / Product Curator to join our team in Dubai. This is not a managerial role — it’s a cross-functional position focused on product curation, brand communication, and operational coordination across departments. You’ll work directly with the Director and serve as a bridge between buying, store operations, marketing, and inventory. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity, structure, and cultural sensibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with seasonal product buying across all categories (running, outdoor, fashion, lifestyle)
• Research and propose new brands aligned with FRAME’s identity
• Track and analyze product performance and make re-order suggestions
• Coordinate and lead weekly cross-team meetings (store, inventory, marketing)
• Propose weekly promotional product selections and sales push strategies
• Communicate with global brand partners regarding orders, reorders, and activations
• Create buy decks, performance summaries, and curation briefs for internal use
• Support product launches, events, and collaborations in coordination with the Director
  
  

• 2–4 years of experience in buying, merchandising, or brand coordination
• Passionate about niche brands like Satisfy, Goldwin, Soar Running etc.
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, cultural curation, and product detail
• Highly organized, proactive, and team-oriented
• Fluent in English
• Comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and retail software
• Holds a passport eligible for international business travel (Europe, Japan, USA)
  
  

• Work closely with the founder in a high-impact, creative environment
• Help shape the brand mix and storytelling for one of the region’s most culturally focused concept stores
• Collaborate across buying, marketing, store, and inventory teams
