We are looking for a solution-oriented Asset Specialist to take ownership of the full lifecycle of our organisational assets. In this role, you will ensure high availability, optimal utilisation, and cost efficiency of assets by implementing clear processes, maintaining accurate data, and continuously monitoring performance.
You will act as the central point of coordination for all asset-related topics, working closely with operational units, project teams, and warehouse functions to ensure that asset planning and availability are fully aligned with business and project needs.
As a key contributor to operational excellence, you will support teams with asset-related decisions, drive transparency and accountability across the organisation, and continuously enhance systems and processes to enable a scalable and efficient operations environment.

Your scope will include:
- Manage the full lifecycle of organisational assets, including planning, allocation, maintenance, tracking, and decommissioning.
- Ensure high asset availability and optimal utilisation to support operational and project requirements.
- Support procurement processes by aligning asset needs with operational planning.
- Maintain accurate asset records and ensure data integrity across systems and databases.
- Oversee inventory systems and asset tracking standards to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Plan and coordinate asset maintenance to ensure reliability and longevity.
- Collaborate closely with operational teams, project stakeholders, and warehouse functions to align asset availability with demand.
- Act as the central point of contact for all asset-related topics across the organisation.
- Monitor asset performance, utilisation, and lifecycle status to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Implement and maintain processes to prevent loss, improve tracking, and ensure compliance.
- Support teams and stakeholders with asset planning, utilisation optimisation, and investment decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement of asset management processes, systems, and reporting.
Your profile
- Proven experience in AV asset and inventory management, technical operations, or technical engineering within the field of audio-visual installations is required. In-depth knowledge of AV equipment is essential.
- Ability to conduct strategic research and make informed decisions on the selection and purchase of AV equipment, accessories, and materials.
- Strong organisational and process management skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage complex data sets and ensure accuracy across systems.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across multiple teams.
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and optimisation.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in project-based or operational environments.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes.
- Experience working with inventory or asset management systems.
- Understanding of asset lifecycle costing and investment planning.
- Experience in process improvement or system implementation initiatives.
