We are looking for you as a full-time Asset Manager (m/f/x) for the FINEXITY Middle East Consulting LLC-FZ in Dubai (UAE).
Your Main Responsibilities
Leading strategic and operational asset management and serving as the central interface for internal asset reporting and external stakeholders, particularly issuing companies, insurance providers, and appraisers.
Coordination with issuing entities and internal teams to ensure transparency and consistency of asset-related reporting for investors and investment products.
Strategic management of assets held by FINEXITY, including Real Estate, Private Equity, Private Credit, Infrastructure, and Collectibles, to achieve the financial objectives of the issuing companies; this includes the oversight and management of external property and facility managers.
Development and implementation of sustainable asset strategies aimed at long-term value appreciation, specifically the strategic management of underlying assets to ensure investor profitability.
Ongoing asset valuation (DCF), yield and economic feasibility calculations, alignment of forecast and budget planning, and performing revaluation calculations.
Preparation of budgets, business plans, and reports, as well as continuous asset controlling.
Continuous monitoring of asset and portfolio performance, including KPI tracking, risk monitoring, and performance analysis across the investment portfolio.
Oversight of the full asset lifecycle from acquisition and active management through to refinancing, restructuring, or exit, including support in the planning and execution of exit strategies and the preparation and coordination of relevant documentation throughout the sales process.
Your Qualifications
Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate Management, or a comparable qualification.
Initial professional experience in the real estate industry, the collectibles sector, or the financial industry is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
Confident demeanor and strong negotiation skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
Structured, proactive, and independent work style, combined with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Professional fluency in German and English.
