Main Purpose of the Role
The individual will work within the team responsible for all Asset Management and Custody
operational activities. This will involve working on numerous funds and managed accounts,
as well as having daily interactions with third party providers, such as custodians and fund
administrators.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
• Trade Settlements: To be processed for Equities and Fixed Income Products and liaise
with Custodians for mismatches.
• Reconciliation: Review and Management of Reconciliation Reports and Exceptions.
• Trade Affirmation: Validation of trades related for Custody and Asset Management
• Client Reporting: Generate, Validate, and send Trade Confirmations, Statements, and
Invoices to all Clients as per agreed timelines.
• Cash Management: Processing Cash Transfers (Inward/Outward) and FXs.
• Account Setup and Maintenance: Opening/Closing of accounts in system for all
Clients
• Corporate Actions: To be processed for all products and liaise with Custodians for
non-receipts.
