About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Asset Administrator to join the IT Administration team

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT assets including hardware and software
• Track asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal
• Ensure compliance with software licensing and company policies
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for asset procurement and returns
• Support internal audits and provide necessary documentation
• Generate reports on asset utilization and inventory status
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for IT asset needs
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in asset management or IT administration
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
• Familiarity with asset management software and tools
