Artificial Intelligence Specialist

Akkodis is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Specialist for a Contract with a client in Dearborn, MI (Hybrid). The ideal candidate will design and deliver scalable AI/ML solutions by translating complex business requirements into production-grade models, experimentation frameworks, and intelligent automation across data, vision, language, and cognitive systems.

Rate Range: $65/hour to $75/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Artificial Intelligence Specialist Job Responsibilities Include

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, production‑grade AI/ML models, algorithms, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Design, develop, and deploy data‑driven applications using techniques such as deep learning, generative AI, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
• Conduct large‑scale experimentation and model evaluation to generate actionable insights, predictions, and recommendations.
• Implement and manage end‑to‑end MLOps pipelines, ensuring reliable deployment, monitoring, and continuous optimization of AI solutions.
• Research, evaluate, and optimize emerging AI technologies to improve accuracy, efficiency, and enterprise automation outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to communicate insights, manage requirements, and drive innovative AI adoption across the organization.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML, data science, or advanced analytics, delivering enterprise‑scale solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud‑based AI/ML platforms with hands‑on experience in MLOps and AI‑specific SDLC implementation.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into applied AI solutions using techniques such as deep learning, generative AI, NLP, and intelligent automation.

Pay Details: $64.00 to $75.00 per hour
