A client of byteSpark.ai is seeking an Artificial Intelligence Specialist who will serve as the technical visionary and project lead for high-impact customer engagements, transforming enterprise challenges into AI-powered solutions. This role is ideal for a former engineer, product manager, or technical founder who excels at bridging strategic business acumen with deep technical expertise. You will own business outcomes by identifying high-value AI opportunities and leading elite teams to deliver measurable value and drive user adoption. Working at the intersection of client needs and cutting-edge technology, you will embed yourself in customer workflows to solve their most critical problems. Your mission is to navigate complex enterprise environments, design transformative AI solutions, and build trusted partnerships with stakeholders from end-users to executives. Salary: up to AED 90,000 per month (tax free)

🎯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

▸ 6+ years of experience in AI/ML software implementation, technical leadership, or product management.

▸ Demonstrated ability to own the end-to-end project lifecycle, from discovery and problem identification to implementation and value realization.

▸ Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and a deep understanding of their practical applications and limitations.

▸ Proficiency in programming and data analysis languages such as Python and SQL.

▸ Experience working with major AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

▸ A proven track record of identifying high-value business problems and delivering measurable outcomes (e.g., revenue growth, cost savings).

▸ Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business value for both technical and non-technical audiences.

▸ Experience designing, scoping, and overseeing the implementation of enterprise-grade AI solutions.

✨ 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀:

▸ Previous experience as a technical founder or in a senior role at an early-stage startup.

▸ Consulting experience with a focus on digital or AI transformation.

▸ Experience managing relationships and building trust with executive-level stakeholders.

▸ Proven ability to thrive in ambiguous, unstructured environments by applying creative and resilient problem-solving.

▸ Experience creating frameworks and playbooks to scale AI implementation and adoption.
