As an Area Visual Merchandiser, you will be a key player in creating and maintaining the visual aesthetics of our stores across multiple locations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines and enhance the shopping experience for our customers. Your expertise will drive sales by ensuring our store displays are visually appealing, well-organized, and showcase our products in a manner that tells a story and encourages purchase. You will work closely with store managers, retail staff, and the corporate visual merchandising team to ensure consistency in presentation across all assigned locations. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to optimize product displays.

• Manage and maintain visual merchandising budgets and resource allocation.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor visual merchandising strategies.
• Utilize customer feedback to improve and innovate display approaches.
• Prepare detailed reports on merchandising effectiveness and store performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in visual merchandising or a similar role.
• Strong creative ability with attention to detail and visual design skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across various locations efficiently.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and train staff.
• Proficiency in visual merchandising software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel frequently to various store locations for inspections.
