Job Description

The Area Sales Manager – Retail oversees sales operations within an assigned geographical region, playing a pivotal role in revenue enhancement and customer satisfaction. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Proven experience, with at least five years in a sales management or similar role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills essential for client engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic sales initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned sales region as required for client meetings and events.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite for sales tracking and reporting.
