At M·A·C, artistry is at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for an energetic and inspiring Area Retail Trainer who can bring our brand, artistry and exceptional service experience to life.This highly mobile role combines makeup artistry, retail expertise and people development. You will work closely with our retail teams across the three markets—strengthening their artistry, product knowledge, selling capabilities and ability to deliver the distinctive M·A·C experience to every consumer.

Qualifications

What we are looking for:

• A minimum of two years’ experience as a Retail Manager, Regional Artist or in a comparable retail training role.
• Intermediate to advanced makeup artistry skills
• Strong presentation, facilitation and coaching capabilities
• Fluency in Arabic and English
• Willingness and flexibility to travel consistently between Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain
• A proactive, self-motivated and highly organized approach
• High emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal skills and openness to feedback
• Confidence working independently while building trusted relationships across different teams and markets
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and Excel
