At Mnzil, we pride ourselves on operational excellence. As an Area Manager, you are the face of our commitment to quality on the ground. You will own the day-to-day execution across your assigned portfolio, ensuring that every check-in is seamless, every room is spotless, and every issue is resolved with speed and precision. This is a high-visibility role that requires a leader who is comfortable on-site and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in on-ground operations within labor accommodation, worker camps, high-density hospitality, or facilities management.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Urdu and English (essential for communicating with both staff and management).

  • High-Volume Expertise: Direct experience managing large-scale occupancy movements and room readiness.

  • Leadership Grit: Proven ability to manage and motivate blue-collar teams in a demanding, site-based environment.

  • Execution Focus: Highly organized with a "no-excuses" approach to hitting deadlines and quality standards.

  • Mobility: A willingness to be 100% hands-on and site-based across your assigned area.

Roles And Responsibilities

1. Occupancy & Movement Operations:

  • Seamless Transitions: Manage end-to-end check-ins, check-outs, and bed allocations.

  • Bulk Movements: Coordinate high-volume move-ins and move-outs with corporate clients and internal teams.

  • Turnaround Management: Ensure rooms are reset, sanitized, and ready for new residents within our strict turnaround timeframes.

2. Cleaning & Hygiene Excellence:

  • Housekeeping Ownership: Lead daily and deep cleaning operations across rooms and common areas.

  • Standards & Schedules: Manage staff rosters, productivity benchmarks, and quality audits to ensure kitchens, toilets, and shared spaces meet Mnzil hygiene standards.

  • Sanitation: Direct pest control schedules and ensure rigorous follow-up.

3. Maintenance & Incident Coordination:

  • Rapid Response: Support emergency handling for critical issues (leaks, power outages) and act as the primary onsite responder.

  • Proactive Reporting: Identify maintenance needs during daily inspections and track ticket resolution with the Facilities and vendor teams.

  • System Support: Facilitate preventive maintenance by ensuring room readiness and site access for technicians.

4. Asset & Logistics Management:

  • Furniture & Assets: Oversee the movement and placement of beds, mattresses, lockers, and appliances.

  • Condition Tracking: Monitor asset health and proactively flag needs for replacement, repair, or loss prevention.

5. Team Leadership & Site Discipline:

  • Staff Supervision: Directly manage onsite teams, including cleaners, guards, and junior staff.

  • Community Standards: Enforce house rules, schedules, and discipline within the buildings, acting as the first point of escalation for tenant issues or conflicts.

6. Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

  • Operational Control: Maintain daily trackers for occupancy, cleaning status, and open maintenance tickets.

  • Process Evolution: Identify bottlenecks on the ground and suggest improvements to boost efficiency and resident satisfaction.
